Content & Posting
Every post is made from scratch for your brand. Here is how we learn your voice, where the visuals come from, and how scheduling works.
How will you know what to post for my company?
Your onboarding questionnaire covers everything we need: industry, target audience, branding, ideas you already have, and the things you absolutely don't want to post. We also study your website, your existing social channels, and your reviews in depth to learn your brand voice and visual style. Then we research your industry so the content is genuinely relevant, not generic. You'll see and approve every post before anything goes live.
Are the posts custom-made for my brand?
Yes. Every post is created from scratch for your brand, audience, and goals — including written captions, designed graphics, carousels, and short-form video. We don't recycle templates between clients or pull from a generic content library. See real client work on our examples page.
Where do the visuals come from?
It depends on what you have. If you've got photos, videos, or product shots, we use them — they always perform best. If you don't, we pull from premium stock libraries or design graphic-led posts that match your brand. We decide the right mix together during onboarding.
How many posts do you publish per month?
Standard = 10 posts, Plus = 15, Premium = 20, Pro = 30. All written, designed, scheduled, and published for you — across whichever channels are on your plan.
Can I choose when and how often you post?
Both work. Most clients run on a consistent schedule (for example, three posts a week) that we manage for you. But if you have important dates — events, launches, promotions, seasonal pushes — tell us the dates and we'll post on them. The easiest way is to flag them in your dashboard when we plan the upcoming month.
What if I want to promote something specific?
Just tell us. We plan a full month of content in advance, so as long as we know about events, promos, launches, or sales ahead of time, we'll work them in. We check in with you 5 days before each new month to confirm anything to feature. For last-minute, time-sensitive posts, we recommend posting yourself and letting us handle the planned calendar.
What languages can you post in?
English and Spanish. For English, you choose the convention — US, UK, Canadian, or Australian spelling and phrasing — so your posts read naturally to your audience.
Can you create content for my industry?
Almost certainly yes. We've worked with clients in retail, restaurants & food, real estate, professional services, home services, beauty & wellness, healthcare & dentistry, fitness, SaaS & tech, education, automotive, accounting & finance, legal, faith, photography, music, fashion, staffing, agencies, and many more. Highly regulated industries (legal, healthcare, finance) get specialty writers.
