Which platforms are supported?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, and TikTok captions. Pick any channel for your base plan and add others for $10/mo each. We post natively to each — no awkward cross-posting.
Are all social channels included?
We work with all major social media platforms except X (Twitter). One social channel is included at no additional cost with your plan. If you'd like us to post to additional platforms, we can absolutely do that for a small additional fee per channel.
Which social channels should my business be on?
If you only pick one: the channel where your customers already spend time. Local and service businesses usually win on Facebook + Google Business Profile; visual brands on Instagram; B2B on LinkedIn; products with younger audiences on TikTok. I don't have a Facebook or Instagram page yet. Can you set one up for me?
We don't create pages on your behalf — and that's deliberate. You should be the owner of your business's social accounts, with the username and password in your hands, not a vendor's. Creating a business page takes about ten minutes, and each platform walks you through it step by step. Once your page exists, you connect it to our posting platform through the official integration — we never ask for your username or password.
Will you reply to comments and DMs on my pages?
Our plans cover creating, scheduling, and publishing your content — replies to comments and DMs stay with you. Your customers can tell when it's really you, and that authenticity is worth a few minutes a day. We keep your feed full so engagement is the only thing left on your plate.
Do I get reporting or analytics?
Yes — every plan includes AI-powered analytics inside your posting platform, so you can see how your content performs across your connected channels any time. Instagram Growth adds monthly growth reports, and Meta Ads plans include weekly performance reviews.
I'm not located in the US. Can you still manage my social media?
Absolutely — we work with businesses worldwide. We tailor spelling, seasonal references, and holidays to your market (US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond), and we can post in English or Spanish.
