How much work is needed from my end?
We're here to save you time. Once you've completed the onboarding questionnaire, there's nothing else we need from you — apart from any content you'd like us to use and a heads-up about promotions, events or offers you want to highlight.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you've selected your plan, you'll complete a simple onboarding questionnaire to give us more details — and optionally book an onboarding call with your social media manager. You'll also connect your social channels on our platform so we can schedule & post the content you've approved.
7 working days later, you'll receive your full month of social media posts to review. We'll change anything you don't like, and once you approve, we post it all for you throughout the month.
When will my first posts go live?
Posting begins once two things are done:
- Content is approved in Airtable.
- Your social pages are connected in our scheduling platform.
Until both are in place we can't schedule anything — but as soon as they are, your content goes into the queue.
What if I don't review the content?
We'll keep creating each month's content as scheduled, but nothing gets posted until you approve it in Airtable. After 30 days with no feedback, that batch is finalized — we won't be able to make revisions to it, but your next batch still arrives on time.
How quickly do you respond?
Same business day, almost always. Because we're a low-cost, high-volume service, all support is written — through the Client Portal, live chat, or email at hello@99dollarsocial.com. We don't offer phone support, but our written response times are fast.
Which languages do you support?
We can create posts in English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian.
Do you make Instagram Reels / TikToks?
Yes we do! During checkout you can see our add-ons for Reels & TikTok videos that you can add to your package.
I want to resell your service to my clients

Can I still post to my accounts myself?
Yes — always. Our posts are a consistent foundation; feel free to post more whenever you'd like. And if you're too busy to touch social media at all, you can relax knowing we've got your accounts covered.
