Relevant Links

  • Client Portal (clients.99dollarsocial.com) - This is your main hub. Here you’ll complete your onboarding questionnaire, message your account manager, manage your subscription, and add or upgrade services as needed.
  • Scheduling Platform (app.planable.io) This is where your approved posts get scheduled.
    Important: You do not need to sign up for Planable yet, we’ll take care of that for you and send you a personalized invite. If you try to sign up directly, it may create a separate workspace we can’t access.
  • Airtable - You’ll receive a private link to view and approve your monthly content. This is where all feedback, revisions, and final approvals happen. As we continue working together, each new batch of content will appear here.

Terms & Conditions

Service Delivery:

Once your onboarding questionnaire is complete, we aim to deliver your first month of content within 8-10 business days. If anything’s missing, we’ll reach out to keep things on track. Revisions are typically turned around within 1–2 business days.

Support Options:

Due to our low-cost, high-volume nature, we only offer written communication through our dashboard, live chat, or email as we found this helps us respond faster and provide better support. We don't offer phone support.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel anytime directly inside the Client Portal.

Refund Policy:

Once you have paid, and completed the 14 day money back guarantee period there are no refunds. Throughout these terms and conditions, it is explained that due to the nature of working on third party platforms, disconnections, clients not checking our work on time, the fact that we are a month to month subscription service (and not a full service agency) there are absolutely no refunds. In the event we fail to create at least one post per week, you agree to accept a credit in the amount of the value of that post.

Satisfaction:

We want you to love your content. If something doesn’t feel quite right, let us know, we’re always happy to revise based on your feedback. Clear communication goes a long way in helping us hit the mark!

Lack of Feedback or Approval:

If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days of delivering your content, we’ll consider those posts final. That means revisions won’t be possible after that window, but we’ll still create your next batch of content as scheduled.

Scheduling & Posting:

We only schedule content that’s been approved in Airtable and once your social pages are connected in Planable. Both steps are needed before posting can begin. Please monitor your accounts to ensure posts are being published successfully and inform us if it fails to publish.

Connectivity Issues:

If you are unable to connect your social media channels to the platform successfully, it does not warrant a refund, as you are paying us to create the actual content and posts for you. If connection issues cannot be resolved, you can download the posts and manually post them on your own. Our posting and scheduling is a free, value-add service. We will do our best to resolve any technical issues within our control.

Respectful Communication:

We love working with kind, respectful business owners, and we expect the same in return. If any communication becomes hostile or abusive, we reserve the right to cancel the account.

Client Delays After Signup:

Our service delivery begins as soon as you have signed up and completed the questionnaire. If you sign up but need to pause, your payments become credits that never expire. Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll apply them to your new timeline. If there’s ever a delay on our side, we’ll gladly push back your billing date

Non-Responsiveness:

If we don’t hear from you after content is delivered, we’ll keep creating your monthly content to fulfill your subscription. However, nothing will be posted until approval is given in Airtable. After 30 days, we’ll lock the batch and won’t be able to make revisions to that content.

I signed up, what happens now?

Once you sign up, the next step is to complete your onboarding questionnaire so we can learn more about your business and goals.

After that:
1. We’ll send you a personal invite to Planable so you can connect your social media pages.
2. We’ll create your first month of content and send it to you within 8-10 business days.
3. You’ll review and approve your posts in Airtable.
4. Once everything is approved, we’ll schedule the posts on your connected pages using Planable.

How much work is needed from my end?

We are here to save you time! After you complete the questionnaire and connect your pages, we’ll take it from there. All we ask is that you provide any feedback during the review process, and share things like promotions, events, or updates you'd like us to include.

Can I still post to my accounts myself?

Yes! You’re always welcome to post your own content. Our posts serve as a consistent foundation, but we encourage clients to post more if and when they’d like to. If you’re simply too busy to do anything on social media, then you can relax knowing we’ve got your accounts covered.

What is your cancellation policy?
