We’re big on taking ownership and responsibility for our work, and it shows in everything we do.

All of our Content Specialists are locally based in Arizona, which is where we are headquartered (we never outsource to other countries).

Once we receive your order, the Content Specialist assigned to your account will research your industry, competitors, and target audience. By the time the first post hits Facebook, G+, and Twitter, your Content Specialist will know just what your audience is looking for. And that’s the key to effectively using Social Media!

Great question! Without results, even $99 is too much. The benefits of the $99 Social plan are threefold:
1. A consistent social media presence. When someone clicks on the Facebook icon on your site (you do have one, right?), you want them to see an active presence, and you want them to see that the quality of your content is high and demonstrates your expertise (see #2 below). We don’t just post “Happy Friday” and a picture of a cat. We pride ourselves on finding quality content that is unique, interesting, and encourages engagement.
2. Building expertise. Because we research your industry and target audience very well from the beginning, and because we encourage your feedback on an ongoing basis, the content we post on your behalf helps to demonstrate your expertise in your field.
3. SEO. Google and other search engines are interested in your social media presence. Search engines want to return relevant, legitimate links when someone searches for a term, and having a consistent presence on social media is one indicator that your website (and your business) are legitimate.

There is absolutely no catch – no hidden fees, no price increases, no “cheap for the first 3 months and then twice as much for the next 2 years.” (We’re not the cable company!)

You pay $99 a month for the small business social media plan that’s outlined in detail here on the site. You get everything listed in the plan plus top-notch customer service that will blow your socks off. We also have extra posting options you can add on to the plan if you’d like, but it’s up to you.

We have a short agreement for you to sign online, but it’s not a contract to purchase services for any specific length of time. It just spells out the terms of our service and lays out our obligations (do the work promised) and your obligations (pay for the work we do). You can cancel anytime you’d like. We just ask for 30 days notice to stop work on your account.

First, please note that we are happy to create your Facebook or Twitter profiles for $49 each.

We are able to post to both Instagram and Pinterest, however because these platforms are so different from the others, we aren’t able to substitute networks. Our core plan includes Facebook, Twitter, and/or Google+, and you can add other networks like Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram for an additional charge.

We serve clients all over the world. For now, we only post in English, but we are able to differentiate US vs UK styles of English. Just be sure to make that request when you complete your profile questionnaire.

We know – it’s crazy what’s being charged out there for small business Social Media marketing. Here’s the thing: our plan is designed for busy entrepreneurs and small business owners. These are not the folks who fall into the target market of most marketing firms. Most of the other guys would rather deal with the “big fish” and they price their work accordingly. Also, we rely on volume rather than large margins. To realize the revenue that a typical firm sees, we need a lot of clients, and we need them to stick with us. That’s why we take such great care of them!

When you sign up for a plan, your Content Specialist spends a considerable amount of time researching your industry and target market. If you’re trying to reach a local audience – wherever they may be – your local area is part of that research. You are also welcome to provide any information you’d like that you think will be helpful.

We have many clients in the UK, Australia, Asia, and South Africa, and we are able to differentiate US vs UK styles of English (colour vs color; realise vs realize; etc.). Just be sure to make that request when you complete your profile questionnaire.

The service we offer though $99 Social has specific benefits to any small business – primarily, a consistent presence, credibility, and some SEO benefits. In addition to the benefits we demonstrate for every client, some clients will experience a direct correlation between the work we do and sales of their products and services and website traffic. We do link to your website through some posts, and the other benefits we’ve listed can organically increase your traffic and sales.

Because we are posting high-quality, interesting content to your profiles, you can expect to see some organic growth in followers, likes, etc. This is not the focus of the $99 Plan, but it is often one of the benefits. If you would like to actively grow your Facebook likes, we do offer a Facebook Community Booster that would help you do this. Contact us for more details.

We sure do! And it’s incredibly easy to get started.

1. Fill out and submit a simple application form, making sure to read and agree to the Reseller Agreement.
2. An Account Manager will reach out to you soon after, usually within 24 hours. Be sure to ask any questions you have about getting started.
3. Add our social media services to your current offerings and begin marketing to your current and prospective clients. Set a price that is comfortable to you, keeping in mind what your market will bear.

White label means that we don’t brand anything you sell with our logo or company name. In fact, unless you tell them, your clients will never know that $99 Social had anything to do with managing their social media accounts.

Our pricing starts at $99 per month to become a $99 Social Reseller. This includes access to our white labeled posting platform, access to our reseller dashboard and much more. We think it’s a great idea for you to also have a $99 Social account for your own business, but it isn’t required.

The short answer is: you can charge whatever you want. We don’t limit you from charging whatever your market will bear.

That said, do some research online to determine what people are paying for similar services. You’ll probably be shocked – and excited! You won’t find the quality and service we offer at a lower price anywhere.

Yes! Depending on the reseller plan you choose, you get 7 days per week access to our support team. For the Deluxe and Agency plans, you’ll have a dedicated Account Manager who is here to be of assistance to you and answer any questions you have.

As a Reseller for $99 Social, you are the client-facing part of the relationship. So if your client has a question, they’ll ask you, and you’ll ask us (our support team or your dedicated Account Manager), if it isn’t something you have the answer to.
